The Lawrence Journal World reported yesterday that Paul Morrison stated he would walk away from a criminal investigation where Judge Anderson found evidence of multiple crimes.

Morrison referred to the subpoena issued for medical records from George Tiller's Wichita abortion clinic and the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Overland Park as an "inquisition". These records were subpoenaed in an effort to investigate crimes including child rape, failure to report child rape and the criminal late-term abortions.

Morrison would walk away ignoring the facts that a judge has found probable cause and that evidence of the crimes would be contained in the files. He ignores the fact that all identifying information of the women would be removed and that the women are not under any legal scrutiny. Instead he has joined forces with those being investigated in order to further his own ambition.

Late-term abortions can only be legally performed under circumstances where the mother’s physical health is severely endangered. These criminal late-term and partial- birth abortions can only be proven by using medical records. Morrison, Tiller and Planned Parenthood all know this and that is why they are fighting it.

Morrison himself requests medical records to investigate crimes regularly. He ignores the fact that Phill has investigated over 700 cases of adults exploiting children since he took office. He also ignores the charges that have been filed against child rapists because of this investigation.

Why isn’t the media reporting the case in Wichita where two young girls under the age of 12 were impregnated not once but four times by their step-father? They both received abortions in Wichita, but it was not reported. Only when one of the girls was pregnant again and taken to an adoption agency was the abuse reported. Their step-father has pleaded guilty to these child rapes. What about the doctor who performed these abortions and failed to notify the authorities? These little girls had been terrified into silence. This is not an exception, but rather, the norm. Sexual predators are known for keeping their victims silent through fear.

Why doesn’t Morrison care? Why would he let this continue? Money. The only way Morrison can win the election for Attorney General is to buy it and Tiller and Planned Parenthood are ready to foot the bill.

In the last election George Tiller and his ProKanDo PAC spent almost as much money in the last 9 days of the campaign smearing Phill Kline as Kline had in his entire budget. In fact, thanks to Tiller, Phill Kline’s opponent outspent him by 65%.

Tiller’s ProKanDo PAC has already held a fundraiser in DC for Morrison. They are prepared to spend whatever it takes to save their businesses. If these subpoenas are issued and it is found that they failed to report child rape then Planned Parenthood can lose its federal funding - that's $227 million in the last year and George Tiller will face criminal charges.

Paul Morrison is willing to look the other way while young girls are raped. He is willing to ignore the criminal activities of abortion clinics performing late-term and partial birth abortions. He’s willing to ignore the law he has sworn to uphold if it suits his need.

His need is to be Attorney General and he’ll do anything to get it. Even sell the office he seeks to hold. Please join me in supporting Phill Kline for re-election. Let’s spread the truth. Our Attorney General, Phill Kline, and his office are NOT for sale.
