History of the Sunflower Club
The Sunflower Republican Women's Club of Johnson County was organized on March 7, 1994 under the leadership of founding President Joy McFarland. It began with 12 women and has grown over the years.
The Sunflower Republican Women's Club of Johnson County is now The Sunflower Republican Club. The Sunflower Republican Club came into existence on May 15, 2007 with a unanimous vote of the membership.
